Terms and Conditions of Supply

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) set out the agreement between My Imperial Care (“we”, “us”, “our”), a medical facilitation and patient coordination platform, and you (“Patient”, “you”, “your”), regarding the facilitation services we provide. By making a booking, paying a deposit, or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Nature of Services
My Imperial Care is a medical facilitation and coordination platform. We are not a medical provider, clinic, hospital, surgeon, or healthcare professional. Our services are limited to introducing patients to independent, licensed, and accredited medical professionals and healthcare institutions; coordinating appointments, consultations, and non-medical logistics; arranging accommodation, private transfers, interpreters, and local assistance where applicable; and facilitating communication between you and the treating medical professional or clinic. All medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, and procedures are provided solely by independent medical professionals. My Imperial Care does not control medical decisions and is not responsible for medical outcomes.

2. Treatment Plans and Changes
Any treatment plan or quotation provided prior to travel is based on the information you supply, including photographs, reports, or test results. Final treatment decisions are made only after in-person examination by the treating medical professional. If the final treatment plan differs and you choose not to proceed, you will be refunded for unused services, less any costs already incurred, including consultations, tests, accommodation, transfers, and administrative services. Deposits are non-refundable. If you accept a revised treatment plan, a new quotation may be issued and any additional costs, extended stays, or related expenses are your responsibility.

3. Pre-Operative Tests and Medical Suitability
You may be required to provide test results in advance or undergo pre-operative testing upon arrival. If tests reveal contraindications and treatment cannot proceed, your deposit will be retained and any remaining unused balance refunded after deducting incurred costs. You acknowledge that risks such as infection or exposure to viruses cannot be entirely eliminated.

4. Payments
A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to treatment or admission unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation without refund of the deposit. Once accommodation, transfers, or coordination services are confirmed, those services are deemed delivered regardless of medical outcome.

5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes based on dissatisfaction with medical treatment, results, or complications, as these matters are solely between you and the treating medical professional. Facilitation services are deemed fulfilled once appointments or logistics are confirmed. Unjustified chargebacks may result in recovery action, including administrative costs and legal fees.

6. Cancellations
You may cancel your booking by notifying us in writing. Cancellation takes effect on receipt of written notice. Cancellation charges are limited to actual expenses incurred. The deposit is retained as a reservation and coordination fee.

7. Patient Responsibilities
You must provide accurate and complete medical and personal information. Failure to disclose relevant information may affect treatment suitability and releases My Imperial Care from responsibility. You must follow all pre- and post-treatment instructions and attend follow-up appointments as advised. You are responsible for visas, travel documents, and compliance with immigration requirements. You are responsible for obtaining adequate travel and medical insurance covering complications, cancellations, and repatriation.

8. Companions
Services for companions are not included unless expressly agreed in writing. Companions travel at their own risk. My Imperial Care accepts no responsibility for their arrangements or wellbeing.

9. Medical Disclaimer
My Imperial Care does not provide medical treatment. You contract directly with the treating medical professional or institution. Medical results vary between individuals and no guarantee of outcome is provided. Before-and-after images are illustrative only. Normal surgical risks such as swelling, bruising, scarring, discomfort, or dissatisfaction with appearance do not constitute negligence or faulty service.

10. Reviews, Feedback, and Public Statements
Any reviews, testimonials, or public statements must be truthful, fair, and not misleading. You agree not to publish reviews relating to medical outcomes before the expected recovery period has passed, which may be up to twelve months, and or before obtaining an independent written medical opinion from a qualified specialist. This does not restrict honest reviews but requires that feedback be responsible and evidence-based. Statements made by companions, family members, or associates connected to you shall be treated as if made by you. Where demonstrable harm results from breach, My Imperial Care reserves the right to seek compensation for losses.

11. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is strictly limited to non-medical facilitation services. We are not liable for medical outcomes or complications, acts or omissions of healthcare providers, or losses arising from travel disruptions, visa issues, pandemics, strikes, or force majeure events.

12. Data Protection and Privacy
You consent to the collection and sharing of personal and medical data strictly for service delivery. We comply with applicable data protection laws. Patient images or testimonials are used only with explicit written consent.

13. Force Majeure
We are not liable for events beyond our control, including pandemics, natural disasters, war, strikes, or travel disruptions. Refunds are limited to unused services not already delivered.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Türkiye.

15. Complaints
Complaints regarding facilitation services must be submitted in writing. Complaints regarding medical treatment must be directed to the treating medical professional. My Imperial Care may assist in communication but accepts no medical liability.

Patient Declaration
By confirming your booking and or making payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
